Speak Up is a declaration of the courage it takes to use your voice when staying silent would be easier. Created during a time when questioning the prevailing narrative was risky, this piece is a reminder to trust your own discernment, speak to what you believe, and make room for voices that challenge your own.
Acrylic, oil stick, chalk pastel, graphite, spray paint. 48" x 60" on gallery stretched canvas, framed in 1" natural pine.
Signed and finished with matte varnish.
